•             Once approved, the pickup will be arranged

•             Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected

•             The refund will be credited to your original payment method or wallet (as per platform policy)

•             Processing time: 3–7 business days after product pickup

•             Bank/wallet credit may take additional time depending on the payment provider

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable if:

•             Product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer

•             Product is returned without original packaging or tags

•             Minor color differences due to lighting/screen settings

•             If canceled after shipping, refund will be processed after return completion
