•             Requests made after this period may not be accepted

•             Initiate return through the platform (Swapdeli)

•             Upload required images/videos (if asked)

•             Pickup will be arranged from your address

•             Returns are subject to verification and quality check

•             SWAPDELI reserves the right to reject returns if conditions are not met

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

•             Return request is raised after the allowed period

•             Minor color difference due to screen/lighting issues
